From the outset of chartering our giant sailing catamarans on Sydney Harbour, we realized the importance of producing interesting, quality food. We follow this principle through with Ruffles Lodge. We certainly have the location to give our guests a memorable experience with the restaurant having 2 dining rooms both with beautiful views of the coast especially at night. We both have a more than average interest in food and as in the past, we are prepared to go to almost any lengths to acquire the freshest and best produce. Our executive chef, Steve Houghton and his team produce the most interesting a la carte menu which is changed on a regular basis.Pre-dinner drinks can be enjoyed at the pool-side bar with its magnificent views.

The RESTAURANT is closed for Lunch and Dinner Monday and Tuesday, however there will be a special room service menu available for those days, (this new arrangement starts 30th January)

In making dining an important part of staying at "Ruffles", we will from time to time, introduce guest chefs.

Beautiful wines are an important accompaniment to an enjoyable meal. Ruffles has a small but interesting wine cellar which includes a selection of wines from Australia's larger and boutique wineries.
