These three new Villas are situated 200 metres from the main Lodge and
are built into the side of the hill, “pole house” style. There are
breathtaking views from the plunge pool and two decks.
Attached to each
Villa is undercover parking and a place for the golf buggy, which can be
used to move between the Villa and the Lodge. The bedroom is on a
mezzanine level, two steps below is the living area leading to the deck
and pool areas. The bathroom with its free-standing Spa bath also has
spectacular views.
For winter comfort and atmosphere each Villa has a
Log fire and it goes without saying they are air-conditioned. They have
a total area of 61 sq metres not including the decks or pool.
The first
of these Villas was completed in December 07 and the third one will be
completed and available in April 08.
